Founder & President – Patrick D. Walls, B.A., M.Ed.

Pat WallsPat has been a resident of Kelowna since 1954. He has over 30 years of experience in Educational and Industrial/Organizational psychology, and is a generalist in human resources. He brings a wealth of experience to Executive Recruitment & Appraisals Inc. He has been in private practice in Kelowna since 1980, was employed as a District Psychologist with Central Okanagan School District No. 23 for 15 years, and, for 7 years, established and managed the Human Resources department for one of the largest general Insurance brokers outside the lower mainland. Pat has also provided extensive consulting services to clients in the forestry and medical/health care industries, as well as the financial/banking sector. Pat provides solutions in people recruitment, management and development, staffing solutions at all levels, career and executive coaching, resolution of people issues in the workplace, executive outplacement and succession planning.

Pat is a certified facilitator for TRACOM® Social Style® Model workshops. This premiere behavioural styles model has been used extensively in helping people develop versatile communication skills while reducing workplace tension and understanding differences.

One of the cornerstones of Pat’s counseling philosophy has been the encouragement of “quality leisure time activity”. Away from his consulting world, Pat enjoys family activity, golfing, reading, gardening and avidly pursuing his love of photography.



Associate – Renae Clarkson, B.A.

Renae ClarksonRenae Clarkson is a Human Resources generalist. She has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, having worked with the Grand Hotel in Kelowna as well as the Bayshore Inn and Sutton Place Hotels in Vancouver. She is a graduate of UBC and a certified facilitator in the TRACOM® Social Style® Model. She was born in Kelowna and balances her professional life immersed in the scholastic and sporting lives of her three teenage children as well as assisting her husband with his locally owned business.

Renae enjoys family activity, travelling, home decorating and being a hospice volunteer.
